Theháček is the main load-bearing component of the electric hoist, and it mainly has two forms: single háček and double háček.

Single háček: It is a commonly used háček with simple structure and convenient use. Thematerial is generally forged from 20# high-quality carbon steel or 20Mn, and the maximum lifting weight is not more than 80 tons.

Double háčeks: Double háčeks are often used when the lifting weight is large, and the force is even and symmetrical. Thematerial is generally forged from 20# high-quality carbon steel or 20Mn. Usually, double háčeks are used for lifting equipment larger than 80 tons.
Thelaminated háček is riveted by cutting and forming multiple steel plates. Since the háček plate will not break at the same time, the working reliability is better than that of the integral forged háček. Thedisadvantage is that the weight and size are larger.

Thescrap standard of háček:Theháček is cracked; the dangerous section wears up to 10% of the original size; the opening degree is increased by 15% than the original size; the torsion deformation exceeds 10 degrees, the disadvantage is that the weight and size are large.
Theháček should be scrapped when one of the following situations occurs: 1. Crack; 2. Dangerous section wear reaches 10% of the original size; 3. Theopening degree is increased by 10% than the original size; 4. Thetorsional deformation of the háček body exceeds 10; 5. Hanging Thedangerous section of the háček or the neck of the háček is plastically deformed; 6. Theháček thread is corroded; 7. When the bushing of the háček is worn to 50% of the original size, the bushing should be replaced; 8. Themandrel of the háček is worn to the original size At 5%, the mandrel should be replaced.
